    OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA  AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (COLELCTIVELY “USA”), AND RESIDENTS OF THE FOLLOWING CANADIAN PROVINCES (BRITISH COLUMBIA, ALBERTA, SASKATCHEWAN, MANITOBA, ONTARIO, NEW BRUNSWICK, NOVA SCOTIA, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND, AND NEWFOUNDLAND) (“CANADA” ), WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OVER, IF A LEGAL RESIDENT OF USA, OR WHO ARE THE AGE OF MAJORITY OR OTHER IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE IF A LEFAL RESIDENT OF CANADA NOT OPEN TO QUEBEC RESIDENTS.     BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. 

    Eligibility: Jollibee® x KATSEYE Beautiful Chaos Tour Ticket Giveaway  (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia (D.C.) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are Jollibee® Rewards members. Employees, officers and directors of Honeybee Foods Corporation (the “Sponsor”), Sponsor franchisees, Hybe UMG LLC, KATSEYE and each of their respective licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren and spouses of the foregoing, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. 

    Promotion Period:  The Promotion begins on October 23, 2025 10:00AM PST and ends on November 9, 2025 11:59PM PST (“Promotion Period”).  

    To Enter:  

    During the Promotion Period, Jollibee® Rewards Members may visit www.jollibeefoods.com and click on the Jollibee® x KATSEYE Beautiful Chaos Tour Ticket Giveaway promotion link,  complete the mandatory fields in the entry form link and submit the entry form (“Entry”).    

    To become a Jollibee® Rewards member, you may visit https://www.jollibeefoods.com/rewards to sign up to become a Jollibee ® Rewards member for free.     Jollibee® Rewards membership requires consent to the terms of the Rewards Program (found here https://www.jollibeefoods.com/rewards).  You must be a Jollibee® Rewards member by November 9, 2025, 11:59PM PST to be eligible.   

    All Entries must be received by Sponsor by 11:59 PM PST on November 9 2025, to be entered in the Promotion and to be eligible for a prize.  All entries must meet the entry requirements set forth herein. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these “Official Rules” or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

    Only one entry per Jollibee® Rewards account.   Entries that are in excess of the stated limits may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for the Promotion.  

    Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the Jollibee® Rewards account associated with the Entry. The account holder will be deemed the entrant (“Entrant”). In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the Jollibee® Rewards account at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” of the Jollibee® Rewards account is defined as the person who manages the e-mail address associated with the Jollibee® Rewards account. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.  It is solely the responsibility of the Entrant to notify Sponsor of any changes in the Entrant’s information subsequent to the date of Entry. 

    Privacy: Your online entry during the Promotion Period constitutes your consent to enter and participate in this Promotion and your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use and transfer your name, email, phone number and other information (collectively, “Sweeps Data”) for the purpose of administering this Promotion, awarding the prizes and to comply with legal requirements. For information regarding Sponsor’s privacy practices, please visit https://www.jollibeefoods.com/privacy-policy. Any information entrant provides may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Promotion or on a Promotion winner’s list. 

    Selection of Winners: There will be one (1) random drawing for the Promotion from the eligible entries received and nine (9) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries. The random drawing will be conducted at a time and day in Sponsor’s sole discretion, but no later than November 10, 2025, 10:00 PM PST.  The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and decisions of the Sponsor as to the selection of the winners will be final. 

    Winners will be notified via email through the email account provided in the Entry form. The Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address of Entrants. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a finalist and/or potential winner(s).  If a potential winner does not respond and/or provide the requested documentation within the noted time frame, the Entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize will be forfeited. 

    Potential winner(s) is subject to verification, including verification of eligibility. If an entrant is unable to verify his/her information, the entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize, if any, will be forfeited. If a potential winner does not respond and/or provide the requested documentation within the noted time frame, the Entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize will be forfeited. 

    The Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules in the event that any winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible for any reason, or is not available to participate in any applicable events. 

    As a condition of entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree and acknowledge that in order to receive a prize and be deemed a winner, entrants will  be required to sign an Affidavit provided by the Sponsor and agree to the terms herein, including but not limited to the prize conditions. The potential prize winner's failure to return all required forms within this time period may result in the potential winner being disqualified and, in such event, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from among all remaining eligible entries, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and discretion. 

    Prizes: A maximum of nine (9) Prizes will be awarded in this Promotion.  Each  Prize (“Prize”) shall include  two (2) tickets to attend the  KATSEYE® concert (“Concert Tickets”)  on the date and location that was selected at time of Entry.  TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM CONCERT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRIZE. EXACT SEAT LOCATION OF CONCERT TICKETS TO BE DETERMINED IN PRIZE PROVIDER’S (DEFINED BELOW)  SOLE DISCRETION.    All travel, accommodations, lodging, meals, beverages, parking, other entertainment, souvenirs, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges and/or any other expenses are not included and will be the sole responsibility of the Potential Winners.   

    Approximate retail value of a the prize is $200 USD.  Approximate retail value of all Prizes is $3,600 USD. 

    The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, except if required by law. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.  Value of the Prize is inclusive of any applicable taxes. All taxes as applicable on or connected with any Prize are the sole and exclusive responsibility of a Winner. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the prize winner for the actual value of the prize received. The Prize is non-transferable and not to be resold. The Prize may be substituted for any reason at the discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited, and the Released Parties (as defined below) will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. 

    Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. 

    For legal residents of Canada: There is an arithmetic skill-testing requirement that a winner has to satisfy in order to claim the Prize. 

    Conditions applicable to the Concert Tickets: Use of any Concert Ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket. Concert Tickets will be distributed via Ticketmaster® and Ticketmaster® terms and conditions will apply.  Seat locations at the concert shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner’s guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanying  a winning parent or legal guardian. Concert dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of Hybe UMG LLC and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the Concert Tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern, in the event the concert, as defined by, Hybe Inc and/or the concert venue, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winners and their respective guests agree to comply with all applicable venue, regulations in connection with this prize. Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any concert. Concert Tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever.  Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the Concert Ticket. The Released Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prize(s) or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a winner because of an incorrect or changed address. Sponsor, the concert venues, & the applicable onsite representatives reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person during the event associated with the prize. If, for whatever reason, the event associated with the prize is cancelled after the prize is awarded, Sponsor’s liability for the prize is limited only to the non-event portions of the prize. No compensation will be paid in lieu of the cancelled event. The Concert Tickets to the event are subject in all respect to the terms and conditions set forth on the tickets and any requirements of the facility hosting the event. The winners are strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the tickets unless Sponsor consents in writing. Each winner assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after attending the game however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against the Released Parties relating to such risks.

    General:  By participating, entrants agree: [a] to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the interpretation of these rules; [b] to indemnify, release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, promotional agencies and suppliers, HYBE UMG LLC (“Prize Provider”), KATSEYE (“Artist”), and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the Promotion (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of a Prize; and, if a winner, [c] to the use of his/her name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without further compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so.  Each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules.  Entries which contain false information, are incomplete, inaccurate or are otherwise forged, defective, or made outside authorized channels, shall be void.  Released Parties are not responsible and shall not be liable for:  any error (human or otherwise) which may occur in the processing of entries; [b] any condition caused by events that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted.  If, for any reason whatsoever, this Promotion, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion and limit entries to those legitimately submitted prior to the action taken, and/or to award the prizes in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.  All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or any website associated therewith; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  All Entries become property of Sponsor. No prize transfer or cash redemption.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

    Governing Law/Limitation of Liability:All issues and questions concerning the conduct of the Promotion; the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules; or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws principles, and any actions, arbitrations, claims or suits shall be held in the State of California. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration described below, Sponsor and Entry each waive any right to a jury trial. 

    BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) ENTRANTS’ REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.     Dispute Resolution: The parties agree that any dispute or claim or legal action arising out of or relating in any way to the conduct of the Promotion or these Official Rules will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that entrants may assert claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.

    To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim toJollibee® x KATSEYE Beautiful Chaos Tour Ticket Giveaway , 100 North Barranca Street, Suite 1200, West Covina, CA 91791,  ATTN: Legal. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA’s Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA’s rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s rules. 

    Winners List: For a list of winners, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Jollibee® x KATSEYE Beautiful Chaos Tour Ticket Giveaway, 100 North Barranca Street, Suite 1200, West Covina, CA 91791, Attention: Marketing postmarked by December 1, 2025. Washington and Vermont residents may omit return postage.   

    Miscellaneous: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Affidavit will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules or the Affidavit is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. When terms such as “may” are used in these Official Rules, Sponsor has sole and absolute discretion. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on the Website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

ELIGIBILITY: The Jollibee® Hidden Joy Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older and have internet access as of date of Submission (as defined herein). Employees, officers and directors of Honeybee Foods Corporation (the “Sponsor”), Sponsor franchisees and their respective licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren and spouses of the foregoing, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible.
    2. TO ENTER: The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Pacific Time (PT) on October 7, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on October 7, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Throughout the Promotion Period, Jollibee® via its US Instagram® and Facebook® accounts will issue post(s) on https://www.instagram.com/jollibeeus/ and/or https://www.facebook.com/JollibeeUS containing clues regarding the location of where specific Prizes (as defined in Section 3) are placed during the Promotion Period. To enter, use the clues to try and find the location and the Prize. An Instagram® and Facebook® account are not necessary to enter or to win in the Promotion. Individuals who visit each location and who did not see a clue issued on Instagram® or Facebook®, nor were aware of this Promotion or these Official Rules, are equally eligible to enter and to win a Prize. Prizes are won by the first person to find it and there is no guarantee that a Prize will still be available at any of the locations once an individual entrant finds the applicable location. 

    The locations of the prizes will be in public areas on the sidewalks of the following streets in Downtown Los Angeles: 

    • 700 block of S Figueroa St between 7th Street and 8th Street in DTLA 
    • 700 block of 7th St between Hope and Flower St
    • 300 block of S Hill St between 4th and 3rd Street outside Angels Flight Railway 

    There is no limit to the number of times an entrant may find locations with a Prize.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with Instagram®, Facebook®, or Meta®. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram®, Facebook®, or Meta®.  

    1. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: During the Promotion Period, Prizes will be placed in different places at the locations listed above. Each prize shall be a $25 Jollibee® Gift Card, subject to its terms and conditions (each, a “Prize”). There will be give (5) Prizes in total. The total approximate retail value of all Prizes awarded in this Promotion is one hundred twenty five dollars USD ($125.00). Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Prizes are inclusive of any applicable taxes. All taxes as applicable on or connected with any Prize are the sole and exclusive responsibility of a Winner. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes will be awarded as long as there are enough Prizes to award. Prize and prize components may be substituted for any reason at the discretion of the Sponsor. The odds of winning will depend upon the timing and total number of eligible entrants and other individuals who search or are present at the locations and find the Prizes.  

    4.     6.  DISPUTE RESOLUTION: The parties agree that any dispute or claim or legal action arising out of or relating in any way to the conduct of the Promotion or these Official Rules will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that entrants may assert claims in small claims court if the claims qualify.

    To Enter: The Promotion begins on July 22, 2025, at 10AM PST and ends on July 27, 2025, at 11:59PM PST (“Promotion Period”).  

    During the Promotion Period, Jollibee® Rewards Members are to visit www.jollibeefoods.com and click on the KCON promotion link, complete the required fields in the link and enter the sweepstakes (“Entry”). By entering you consent to marketing and accept the practices described in the Privacy Policy posted at https://www.jollibeefoods.com/privacy-policy. Entry must be received by Sponsor by 11:59 PM PST on July 27, 2025, to be entered in the Promotion and to be eligible for a prize.  

    To become a Jollibee® Rewards member, you consent to the terms of the Rewards Program (found here https://www.jollibeefoods.com/rewards) and by using the app you consent to marketing and accept the practices described in the Privacy Policy posted at https://www.jollibeefoods.com/privacy-policy. You must be a Jollibee® Rewards member by July 27, 2025, 11:59PM PST to be eligible.  

    Only one entry per Jollibee® Rewards account.  Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar method or entering more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for the Promotion.  

    Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the Jollibee® Rewards account associated with the Entry. The account holder will be deemed the entrant (“Entrant”). In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the Jollibee® Rewards account at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized account holder” of the Jollibee® Rewards account is defined as the person who is responsible for joining the Site and who manages the e-mail address associated with the Jollibee® Rewards account. 

    It is solely the responsibility of the Entrant to notify Sponsor of any changes in the Entrant’s information subsequent to the date of Entry. 

    Selection of Winners: There will be one (1) random drawing for the Promotion from the eligible entries and twenty-two (22) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries. The random drawing will be conducted at a time and day in Sponsor’s sole discretion, but no later than July 28, 2025, 12:00 PM PST. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and decisions of the Sponsor as to the selection of the winners will be final. 

    If a winner is unable to be notified for any reason for any amount of time, the applicable prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winners will be notified by email (the email account linked to the Jollibee® Rewards account) and the Winner must respond and provide any requested information by July 30, 2025, 9:00PM PST. The Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address of Entrants. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a finalist and/or potential winner(s). If a potential winner does not respond and/or provide the requested documentation within the noted time frame, the Entrant will automatically be disqualified and their prize will be forfeited. 

    Potential winner(s) is subject to verification, including verification of eligibility.     Prizes: The Prize (“Prize”) shall be one (1) ticket for you and one guest to attend one day of the KCON LA 2025 Concert taking place between Friday August 1, 2025, through Sunday August 3, 2025, in Los Angeles, California at the Los Angeles Convention Cetner and Crypto.com Arena. The Prize may be one of the following: P1 Saturday (August 2) or Sunday (August 3) or P3 Friday (August 1), Saturday (August 2) or Sunday (August 3). The date of the tickets and the tier of the tickets to be awarded will be chosen at random.  Winners will be notified of the date and tier of their ticket at time of notification. 

    Travel, lodging and/or any other expenses are not included and will be the sole responsibility of the Potential Winners.  

    Approximate retail value of a pair of P1 Tickets is $512 USD and P3 tickets is $272 USD. Approximate retail value of all Prizes is $4,192 USD. 

    The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash, except if required by law. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Value of the Prize is inclusive of any applicable taxes. All taxes as applicable on or connected with any Prize are the sole and exclusive responsibility of a Winner.
