    All regular Jollibee menu items are available during breakfast hours, including Chickenjoy and Jolly Spaghetti. The only exception is burgers, which start at 10:30 AM daily.

  • Can I customize the bread on my breakfast sandwich?

    Bread swaps aren't available — each sandwich is built around a specific pairing. The longanisa patty pairs with pandesal and can't be ordered on a biscuit. Sausage and bacon pair with pandesal. The flavor profiles are intentional, not interchangeable.

    Longanisa is a sausage popular throughout the Philippines — Jollibee's version is a patty made from a unique blend of spices that hits sweet and savory at the same time. More fragrant, more rounded than a plain pork sausage patty, with a depth that keeps you going back for another bite. It's served exclusively on pandesal — a soft, buttery Filipino roll.
